operating functions, and to enhance the flexibility and stability of our
machines, FCS has made great investments in R&D. As a result of all
these efforts, we are proud to introduce to the market the all-new
FCS-2100 microcomputer controller.
The FCS microcomputer controller is
compatible for both semi-close loop and close loop hydraulic system.
Additionally, it has a user-friendly graphic operation interface, curve on
line inspection function, and central managed network connection to better
machine control. This makes it the perfect profit-generating tool.
1. Injection Parts
- Equipped with five-stage injection,
four-stage constant pressure, three-stage back pressure, two-stage
forward and backward carriage (option), and pressure hold position
switch, etc. Back pressure setting on screen directly facilitates
setting and control. In addition, it has non-stage sloping ratio
holding pressure to ensure smooth and stable pressure hold motion.
- Precise injection point and pressure
hold position switch allows for high precision and high stability
injection.
- Injection and forward and backward
carriage (option) use linear potentiometer. Provides accuracy of up to
¡Ó0.1mm for injection control and carriage route.
- Capable of simultaneously record and
display temperature curve of 360 molds, injection pressure curve
(option), injection speed curve, injection end, pressure hold switch
point and pressure hold finishing point curve. System stability is
obvious and has the function of historical curve comparison with
accuracy of up to ¡Ó0.1mm.
- With a 12 zone PID barrel and SSR-solid
state temperature control, it has a ¡Ó0.5¢XC. It also has abnormal
temperature and electrical wire disconnection alarm function, and min.
and max. value setup function.
- Protects the screw with low starting
temperature to prevent accidental damage. Screw wait function ensures
no temperature difference experienced between internal and external of
barrel.
- Weekly pre-heat, sustain heat and
barrel auto-heating functions.
2. Mold Clamping Parts
- Has four-stage control on mold closing
and opening, and two-stage control on ejection.
- Clamping and ejection use linear
potentiometer, controlling clamping and ejection route to a precision
of ¡Ó0.1mm.
- Ejector functions include vibration
ejection, cycle ejection, fix ejection and single ejection. With the
usage of electrical eye, ejection time can be shorten automatically.
- Equipped with highly sensitive
screen-controlled low-pressure mold closing protection. Ensures the
safety of users and the machine.
- Clamping force can be set directly from
the screen and has 10-second auto mold and clamping force adjusting
function. This save time and labor.
- Toggle uses auto lubrication.
Lubrication setting can be operation from the monitor panel.
3. General Parts
- The slim and colorful touch-screen
panel is made of PET and it is durable, dust-proof and oil-proof.
- 10.4" LCD (optional for color
screen) has a resolution of 640x480 and low reflection surface for
easier reading at any angle.
- 32bit central processor with response
speed as fast as 1.2ms, it enhances sensitivity and stability.
- Has the ability to set functions of
pressure and flow stopping ratio. It can set the start and end sloping
ratio for each stage. This makes the machine motion smooth and quiet.
- Has value reference setting and online
operation assistance statement function, it facilitates data setting.
- Has power-off memory storage with 120
sets mold data memory and file management function.
- Saves up to 96 abnormal alarm records
and 32 amendment records.
- With animated graphics, it can monitor
every motion of pressure, speed, time and position, and abnormal
marking prompt function.
- Has SPC
production control function and RS232 interface, and can be connected
to the printer to print out data. An optional feature for RS422
includes computer network connection. Capacitating with production
control information system, it can process complete factory management
and quality parameter inspection, and even remote monitoring via
internet.
- Inferior goods inspection with
continual alarm function. You can define the conditions for injection
end, injection time, cycle time and product weight to automate
inspection of inferior goods.
- Presets output quantity and packing
quantity. Has the ability to do mock up calculations for material
costs, it can estimate and updates production cost automatically.
- Multi-level code protection allows
differing levels of access according to authorized levels. With
hardware lock function, it can prevent unauthorized changes to molding
parameters.
- With hardware mold set design, it has
six linear potentiometer and two-encoder interface. This makes the
function flexible and is able to be equipped with injection pressure
sensor and mold cavity sensor to control the molding conditions
accurately.
- Multi-language choices: English,
Chinese, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Turkey, Norway.
- Screen protection and power saving
functions: screen will turn off if left untouched for 3 mins.
- Auto detection function facilitates
abnormalities detection.
- Input/output point inspection and I/O
real-time simulation abilities diagnose operation in a fast and
accurate manner.
- Molding set program design, short
development time. Any new added function can be upgraded via BIOS to
boost machine's performance.
