The continuous melt-holding furnace applying a
dual chamber of fuel or gas type holds the capability to melt and
retain heat. It is a maintaining furnace made of aluminum alloy, which
can utilize the heat to the maximum extent. It can be integrated to work
with the die casting machine of every type, and is easy to install and
simple to operate. |

| Features

The
body of the furnace is made of
flame-resistant, heat-retaining, and heat-resistant
material by brick laying and melt pouring along with its
exterior structure and integration design. |
 |
It
can utilize the heat properly and reduce the heat loss, thus
maximizing its capabilities in melting and heat retaining. |
 |
Imported
burners and burning devices with automatic temperature control
are applied. High heating speed and
complete combustion will save energy and reduce costs. |
 |
The
temperature difference will be controlled within a ± 5 oC range
after setting the temperature of the melting aluminum liquid. |
 |
No
additional iron and aluminum.
It is suitable for manufacturing die-casting aluminum parts with
high quality. |
 |
The
hot air current generated from combustion will be released at
the top. The temperature outside the feeding entry is thus
lowered, which
can improve the working environment and enhance the working
efficiency. |
 |
The
temperature outside the feeding entry is low, so
the damage rate of the automatic ladle will be reduced. |
 |
No
crucibles or steel crucibles are used, so the long-term charge
for the replacement of damaged crucibles can be avoided. |
 |
Degasing
device can be added to maintain a 0.2-0.3cc content of hydrogen
in the melting aluminum liquid.
Optional automatic feeder is available. |
 |
If
the directions of operation are followed correctly and the
cleaning is performed regularly,
the life of the machine will be longer than 4 years. |

utilizing imported special glow discharge burners, the acid
byproducts are avoided and radiative heating capability of the
flame is increased. |

loss rate due to burning: the metal has a loss rate lower than
1.5%. |

Design
of the furnace is rational and its structure is rigid without
dead corners inside, thus is easy to clean. |

Proper
use of recycled heat from smoke to reduce energy loss and
increase heat efficiency higher than 55%. |

The
combustion system is advanced and rational, thus smoke is
released under No. 0 on the Ringelmann Smoke Chart.
The temperature of the aluminum is accurately controlled within
±5oC。 |

Imported
high-quality flame-resistant materials are used to build the
lining of the furnace, which have a rough operation life more

fuel including diesel, coal gas, natural gas, and liquidized gas
