Heat shield:
Heat shielding material is used as lining to reflect
electric heat to the crucible directly,
so that it can absorb heat immediately without any loss and speed
the heating process. |

Temperature holding: Thermal
isolation material is used as outer lining to ensure
optimal temperature holding
effect of the furnace for aluminum and power
conservation. |

| Control
Advantages: |

|
A microcomputer
is used for temperature control. The controller is capable of
executing automatic PID parameter
calculation to ensure that the aluminum is in a
constant temperature state and the temperature and quality
meet the given requirements. |

|
An SCR phase
electric heat controller (electric heat regulator) is
used for power control. This controller is controlled by
automatic PID parameter calculation and regulates
the current by needs. When the aluminum temperature reaches
the given value, the SCR will regulate output current. It is a
good power saving device. |

|
The timing control is ensured with a
24H Time Setting mechanism. The
ON/OFF timing can be pre-set to advance the starting of the
furnace and save manpower. |

|
An immersion
temperature probe imported from Japan is used to detect
aluminum temperature. The temperature probe has a protection
tube made of New Ceramics. New
Ceramics features high sensing
speed with low inaccuracy and is the only material
suitable for immersion temperature probes. |

The furnace has a liquid
leaking & power disconnection alarm device. |

The furnace has a strip
heater disconnection check device. |

Special furnace design with
heatproof, holding, and heat shielding layers to ensure
optimal thermal isolation. The heat shielding effect is
perfect to ensure low temperature of the outer wall, improve
working environment, and enhance working efficiency. |

The furnace has a heat
energy recovery chimney that ensures complete
utilization of heat energy and accelerates
the melting and holding process. The recovered energy
is reused for the second burning without
producing any waste gas. The furnace can improve the
working environment due to its closed design, heat energy
recovery capability and non-noise feature. |

The furnace uses Japan KATO
automatic diesel burner to ensure high burning efficiency.
Feature: Automatic ignition and temperature control; the
high-pressure spray system completely
nebulizing the diesel to ensure
complete burning, energy saving, and cost reduction. |

Collapse and stripping resistance:
High collapse and stripping resistance even at extremely
high or low temperatures. |

Erosion resistance: The even and
seamless inner structure of the crucible is

cold and hot environment to ensure safe operation. |

Gasification resistance: The
improved crucible material and special coating enhance the
gasification resistance and ensure longer service life of the
crucible. |

Heat conductivity: High
content of fixed carbon in the material shortens
the melting time and conserves energy. |

Non-contamination of metal: The
material used is selected under strict criteria without
the concern of contaminating metal during the melting process. |

Quality stability: The high-pressure
one-piece formation technique and the quality guarantee
test system ensure the quality stability of the crucible. |
