MBP200

The Micro-Bale Press 200 (MBP200) is a superior double compress bailing machine providing opportunities for increased productivity, reduced labour costs and reduced transportation costs.  The versatile MBP200 produces bales from loose material, such as chopped or loose forage.

The MBP200 can produce a 12″ x 12″ x 20″ (30 cm x 30 cm x 51 cm) double compressed bale, with a weight up to 20 kg (44 lb).  Production output levels can be up to 4-6 bales per minute, producing up to 6 Metric Tons per hour.

The compact construction of the MBP200 fits easily into a production facility and is fully automated simply by connecting into your plants’ power source.  Each press is designed with an on-line monitoring system for reports on production, machine statistics, down time, management reports and historical weekly/monthly reports.

The MBP200 is capable of producing a bale size of 12″ x 12″ x 20″ (30 cm x 30 cm x 51 cm) at output, and has an average footprint of 19′ x 23′.
