Spherical roller bearings
    Spherical roller bearings have two raceways in the inner and outer ring is spherical raceway, rolling element is a bearing for spherical shape. There is a common spherical outer ring raceway, the bearing inner ring with two axis tilted at an angle of the roller, aligning with good performance(see chart), so it can not easily affected by shaft and bearing box seat alignment error or shaft bending influence. Except radial load , bearing can also be two-way role to load bearing, suitable for bear vibration and impact load.

Design and types:

Type c

    C Type bearing is characterized by Symmetric spherical roller and the use of steel stamping cage. guide ring lead by inner ring which were no files on both sides edge. Using reinforced roller improves the capacity of bearing load. HRBC type self-aligning roller bearings has a optimization process in roughness in the surface of roller and groove which good for roller guidance and less friction


Type CA

    CA-type characteristics, compared with the inner sides of the bearing wall and the use of brass or steel cars as solid cage.without guide ring and aligning lead by inner ring. HRB CA type self-aligning roller bearings use the C type surface processing, and enhanced with roller, thereby increasing the load bearing capacity, reduce the friction.
oil groove and oilhole 
    In order to facilitate effective lubrication, HRB-aligning roller bearings has a circle oil groove and three oilhole in outer ring,except  the outside diameter less than 150mm or180mm(without accompanying series) kind of C type bearings and all 213 series bearings. Suffix W33 is used to represent C, CA-type bearing with oil groove and oilhole in outer ring.

Angle alignment error:
    In order to ensure that the bearings running at high speed centrifugation to prevent the roller and roller slip between the harmful, the bearings should be the minimum radial load to bear a certain size can be estimated the following formula: 
Frm= 0.02Cr
