CR-M38

 

  • CR-M38:
    (1) The machine is designed for dual-working on U-shaped pipes with a larger bending radius that cannot be handled by the double-bending pipe bender.
    (2) 1~2 different bending angles can be set up. The continuous bending process of two different angles can also be handled.
  • CR-M38A1 and CR-M38A2:
    (1) Both are designed for very special and complicated workpieces which are produced at slow speeds by other pipe benders. For example:
    (A) Finished pipes with a very large bending radius.
    (B) By adjusting the cylinder stroke, you can get 6 different pipes with an individual bending radius.
    (2) Regular presses can't handle punching jobs on pipes longer than 800mm. Our machine can punch on pipes up to 1800mm.
  • The above mentioned CR-M38 & CR-M38A are most suitable for the mass production of patio furniture, strollers, tubular furniture and sporting goods.
