The 740 Action two-wheel tractor has a gearbox with 4 forward and 3 reverse speeds in two-wheel tractor position and 3 forward and 3 reverse speeds in motor mower position, as well as a quick reverser of the forwarding direction. The differential with lock is serial.

The handlebar is adjustable and reversible in order to use front and rear attachments.

The engines available for this version are a gasoline engine Honda GX390, 11.7 hp and two Diesel engines Yanmar LN100, 10 hp or Kohler KD440, 10.9 hp.
