Due to its excellent performance with high working efficiency, this machine is mainly used for the harvest of potato、garlic、pachyrhizus、peanut and other subterranean rootstalk crops with the advantages including high-working efficiency、lower breakage rate、light＆quick running without vibration、no jamming and simple structure as well as long useful life. In addition, this machine has been granted with two patents including utility model and outline design.

The machine has frame, plow tinepoint, working sieve , cutting seedlings disk, power transmission wheel box, power transmission shaft, tractor rear three point suspension, depth adjustable pull rod, rear tailblocketc.

Before working driven by tractor, firstly put down the rear suspension of tractor and adjust machine height well, through the rear or side power transmission shaft of tractor to drive the screen operated. 1 .During the working process, such as insufficient plow depth, user can adjust the depth of pull rod to chage the plow depth.

2. After the normal work ,change the tailblock to passive state,normal ground pressure of tail wheel should according to the soil normal conditions to do.

3. If the soil and crop separation phenomenon caN not properly,could reduce screen operation speed.

5. Bearings, chain operation components should be regularly filled lubricant oil.

6. Tightness of chain should be adjusted in moderate state, if in long-term will not use it, chain surface should be blotted out to prevent rusting chain rust-proof.

When check, maintenance and cleaning, machine should not affect traffic and parked in the open, flat place.

Do not dismantle each rotating parts protection device randomly. When rotating ,do not touch the tranmission shaft by hand.
