Horn'Up Easy Rechargeable Dehorner

Horn'Up Portable Dehorner is a rechargeable battery-powered dehorner that allows simple, rapid and effective dehorning of young animals. The Horn'Up cauterizes in a circle around the horn bud which kills the horn cells without making a large wound or causing excessive trauma to the animal. The latest version generation NiMh battery and microprocessor technology is incorporated in a simple and intuitive design for ease of use, hand comfort, and proper positioning over the horn bud. The Horn'Up maintains a constant temperature and will de-bud about 40 animals on one charge. Horn'Up is recommended for use when the animal is very young. Horn'Up comes in a plastic carrying case with 110V recharger, safety clip and allen wrench.

Express Original Dehorner

The 134 Express Dehorner is portable, easy to handle, safe, fast and efficient.

The compact, ergonomically-designed Express Dehorner is fueled by a butane/propane mix in a handy cartridge that fits into the handle, so no cords or bulky propane tanks are required. The unit features automatic piezo ignition and a totally enclosed combustion chamber for safety. Unit can heat to working temperature in 3 minutes, and will reach temperatures up to 1100 F. One fuel cartridge provides enough dehorning power for 2 to 5 hours depending on outside temperature. Constructed for heavy use, the Express will dehorn calves up to 10 weeks of age, yet weighs only 2 lbs. The unit may also be used for cauterizing, such as after tail docking.

Dehorner ships complete with 2 fuel cartridges, a 3/4" tip, detailed instructions and a carrying case. Additional replacement fuel cartridges and 1" or 5/8" tips sold separately.
