KVK-G-6

　

Forage harvesting complex "PALESSE K-G-6" is intended for harvesting of maize, including wax and full-ripened maize, other high-stemmed crops, also for mowing green and picking-up slightly dried, sowed and natural grass from swaths, chopping and loading into transporter-wagons.

Forage harvesting complex by its productivity, quality of harvesting, passability and conditions of work for operator is at one level with best samples of self-propelled combines. Complex consists of universal power vehicle UES-2-280A "PALESSE 2U280A" (UES-2-250A "PALESSE 2U250A") with two driving axles or UES-280 "PALESSE U280" with one driving axle and semi-mounted forage harvesting combine KPK-3000 or KPK-3000A "PALESSE FH40" (with regrinding device).

　

　

Modifications of K-G-6:  
  1. K-G-6-K40 consists of universal power vehicle UES-2-280A with YaMZ engine, two driving axles and semi-mounted forage-harvesting combine KPK-3000.
  2. K-G-6-K45 consists of UES-2-280A with YaMZ engine, two driving axles and KPK-3000A with active type regrinding device for harvesting of wax&sfy; and full-ripened maize.
  3. K-G-6-K46 consists of UES-2-250A with "Detroit Diesel" engine, two driving axles and KPK-3000A with active type regrinding device for harvesting of wax&sfy; and full-ripened maize.
  4. K-G-6-K42 consists of UES-280 with YaMZ engine, one driving axle and KPK-3000.

　

　

Combine, equipped with three meters wide rotary header, is able to harvest corn of any height and yield capacity regardless of schemes and method of sowing.

　

By-pass clutch of reel drive pulley of grass header prevents damaging of the reel during backward rotation

Regrinding device of active type ensuring the highest quality of maize silage, during harvesting of dried green grass and hay regrinding device can be replaced by extention adapter.

　

　

Pick-up with capturing width 2.2 and 3.0 meters provides picking up of swaths without loss of grass mass.

　

One of combine´s special features is radial-disc type chopping device, which provides the highest quality of leaf-and-stem mass chopping and cracking of maize grains.

　

UES-2-280A (UES-2-250A) can be used for grass mowing with use of mower-conditioner KPR-9 "PALESSE CH90" with capturing width 8,7 meters and KPN-6-F "PALESSE CH60F" with capturing width 6 meters, UES-280 with mower-conditioner KPN-6-F.
