KSK-600 "PALESSE FS60" is intended for mowing down maize of any ripeness stage, sunflower and other high-stemmed crops, mowing down grass and picking up slightly dried seeded and natural grass from swaths with simultaneous chopping and loading of the mass into transport trailer.

Experience of operating at fields of Central, North-West, Ural, Volga and Siberian federal districts of the Russian Federation demonstrates that KSK-600 stable harvesting forage crops in any harvesting conditions.

Five meters width header for grass harvesting, pick-up and rotary header for rough-stemmed crops make effective application of combine in wide yield range of forage crops.

　

　
System of field copying and cutting height adjustment provides fine cut of header for rough-stemmed crops harvesting. Stems are supplied to the feeding device only by the bottom part, and that allows to completely avoid losses of corn-cobs. Side dividers separate plants at field´s side and lifts lodged plants.

　

　
By-pass clutch of reel drive pulley of grass header prevents damaging of the reel during backward rotation of pulley.

　

　
Pressing device of pick-up prevents scattering of feeding mass and losses in windy weather. Spring-loaded auger continuously adapting to thickness of harvested mass, shifting up and down along guiding.

　

　
Comfortable cabin with excellent vision of working area corresponds to requirements of ergonomics and modern design, equipped with climate control unit, adjustable column, seat and modern control panel, ensure comfortable conditions of work.

　

　

　
Control panel realize functions of engines start, control of motion speed, lifting up and down feeding device, control of silage duct, emergency stop of feeding device drive. Full information about condition of combine devices and systems enters control panel. Monitoring devices warn about critical modes, help to prevent damages. Here are concentrated functions of switching on of automatic devices and electrohydraulics, setting of engine rotation speed, controlling of feeding device.

　

Engine JaMZ-238AK-1 with turbocharger and heat-exchanger provides necessary power capacity and high harvesting productivity of combine.
By request of the customer combine can be equipped with engine OM 906LA (Mercedes Benz, Germany).

Design of bonnets with fully opened sides and service platforms on both sides of the frame provide easy access to mechanisms and devices.

　

Five-rolls feeding device of KSK-600 is equipped with effective protection system. Metal and stone sensors after detection of foreign objects immediately stop feeding device protecting from damages.

Hydraulic system of combine &sfy; flexibility and rapid reactions during changing conditions of harvest. KSK-600 equipped with hydraulic system of underframe, steering unit and working tools, adapters and feeding device drive. Adjustment of cutting length is available from cabin, automatics support 4 cutting modes with 12 knives: 4,2; 6; 9 and 13 mm.
