The 2-tie press is essentially the same machine as the 3-tie press, but configured to accept the smaller 2-tie bales.

3-打包帶

The Double Press 3-Tie Press has been the industry standard for the past twenty-plus years.

It accepts standard  3-tie bales and presses them to roughly 22" long. Bales can be cut in half as they exit the machine.

Bales can be pressed on a bale for bale basis, or cut and weighed to create a standard sized bale with a pre-programmed weight.

The 3-Tie Press can also be integrated as the back end to one of our Big Bale Cutters to press hay in a single automated process.

The Double 3-tie Press is built to process two 3-tie bales at once, nearly doubling the speed of our standard 3-tie press. The Double 3-tie Press can also be integrated with a Big Bale Cut Down cutter for the ultimate in flexibility. If both the 3-tie and the big bale options are present, the changeover is as  simple as flipping a switch.

The Big Bale Cut Down Press is an all-in-one cutter and press. It accepts 3' x 4' bales with lengths up to 98 inches. The bales are cut into full width slabs utilizing our high volume cutter and then pressed to create a 17"H x 48"W x 20"L  bale that can be halved or quartered to produce standard full bales or half cut bales

The Natural Big Bale Press also handles 3' x 4' bales, but delivers the (optionally) sliced and compressed bales into a sleeve that preserves the flakes of the original. Innovative engineering minimizes processing steps, producing container-ready bales faster, and at a lower cost.

The Standard Big Bale Cutter accepts 3' x 4' bales with lengths up to 98 inches. The bales are cut into halves or quarters and fed to one of our presses.

When coordinated  with our 3-Tie Press, the bales are cut into quarters prior to being fed to the press. The result is a standard, compressed 3-tie bale.

The cutter can also be configured to operate with our Cut Down Bale Press. In this case, the bales are cut into full width slabs and fed to the press. The result is a bale that can be halved to quartered to generate the desired product

For customers with higher volume requirements, we offer a different design that utilizes a big bale feeder, automatic twine remover, and other components that permit increased throughput with no reduction in reliability.  While the Standard Big Bale Cutter is coordinated with its in-line press, the High Volume Cutter is fully integrated, creating a fully automatic system operated from a single control panel. 

The Stacking Accumulator doubles the efficiency of high-volume operations by pre-stacking bales in a wide variety of configurations

打包 & 膠膜機

The Precision Block Former/Stretch Wrap System is a fully automatic system that accepts compressed bales from an accumulator and deposits stacked and stretch-wrapped blocks of product ready to be placed in a shipping container. This product eliminates the forklift and operator between the press and stretch wrap equipment, and the person operating the stretch wrap machine.

In action, the system stacks compressed bales and  squares them automatically before delivering the blocks to an automatic wrap station where stretch wrap (or strapping)  is applied. The system then stacks the blocks  two-high in a staging area ready to be loaded into a container. The only time an operator needs to step down from his fork-lift is to replace a full roll of stretch-wrap or strapping material
