Designed to work with the MBP 200, the Product Handling System (PH200), is an automated palletizing system that straps layers of bales together and stacks them on a standardized shipping pallet.

Hunterwood’s PH200 is the final link in the processing chain.  The system consists of four main devices that work together to package compressed bales into blocks by strapping, stretch wrapping or a combination of these for maximum efficiency and trouble-free container loading.  The PH200 system can be designed to suit your plant and create an attractive package.

Benefits of the PH200:

• Programmable from the MBP200 touch screen monitor
• Securely straps 2 rows of 4 bales per layer
• Layers measure 48″ x 40″ x 12″ (122cm x 102cm x 30cm)
• Individual layers are neatly stacked
• Up to 8 layers high
• Pallet weights in excess of 1133 kg (2500 lbs)
• Maximize space in shipping containers and transport trucks
